There's Really No Excuse... But Here's Mine

For someone to give an excuse is their attempt to remove blame for an action that they may have done or not done. I have thought about the many reasons to tell you why I've not been writing daily on my blog site. And for all the many reasons that I thought of telling you none would have been the truth.

That truth is, I've been lazy. I haven't felt like writing. I've been unmotivated and quite frankly not wanting to do much of anything. My mind has been going in a billion different directions trying to figure out life, love and the pursuit of happiness. Okay that last part was a bit much but you get the picture.

Okay, if you don't want to be kinda grossed out I'd advise skipping the next three paragraphs.

So this is what's going on with me right now. I recently have been getting over the flu. As of Friday my cough has finally kinda subsided, however, I've developed a new and very disgusting symptom or whatever.

I am congested. I have a lot of mucus build up and it freaking stinks! Literally!! It smells like dog butt! I'm totally disgusted by it. Every time my nose gets clogged and I go to blow it, I smell dog butt! You may ask, "How do you know what dog butt smells like?" Well, we have a dog and when she licks her butt and comes in my face, I her her mouth smells like dog butt. Nasty.

Then the mucus smelling dog butt manages to go to the back of my throat and I have to hack it up and smell dog butt even more!!! It's so nasty. I've never had anything like this happen and let me tell you, I can't wait until it is gone. I have looked online and self diagnosed myself and apparently there may be an infection of some sort that my body is telling me I have. I don't know. I'm just going to keep taking Mucinex and hope for the best.

Okay so the gross part is done. I hope you (my blog buddies) are doing well and I will write more to keep you entertained! LOL!!
